IGRUA Exam 2022 Model
Selection for the CPL course involves:
- Online written test
- Viva/Interview
- Pilot Aptitude Test/Psychometric Test
The online written test is divided into five sections.
- English
- Physics

- General Awareness
- Reasoning
These sections contain objective-type questions at 10+2. There is no negative marking.
Students who pass the written exam will be invited to interview/viva-round. Candidates must bring the following documents with them to the interview:
- Class 10th Certificate - Date of Birth Proof
- Class 10 Mark sheet
- Class 12 Mark sheet
- Admit card for Written Test
- Caste certificate for candidates in the reserved category
- A certificate that states the OBC candidate is not from the creamy layer.
Candidates who pass their interview are eligible to take the pilot aptitude exam, and final selection is made for successful candidates who pass the Pilot Aptitude Test/Psychometric Test. All selected candidates must pay the commitment amount of Rs 2.25 Lacs, and this is non-refundable but can be adjusted against the total course fees.

Commercial Pilot License Courses are a minimum of 18 months long (but may be extended). The following fee structure applies to the course:
- The total training fee is Rs 38,00,000. (Approval is pending for revision to fee to 40 lacs). You can pay the price in four quarterly installments over a year.
- For uniforms, study material, headphones, and navigation computers, an additional cost of Rs 1,50,000 is possible.
